1. Drink Water

Water is a natural way of getting rid of wrinkles. It is effective yet the simplest remedy for treating wrinkles. We just cannot ignore water. It is the most essential need of our life and has many advantages for fighting different problems. It keeps the body healthy while fighting against wrinkles. It will keep the skin hydrated. As we know that wrinkles is caused by moisture loss so if you drink 8-10 glass of water a day then you can keep the body’s moisture balanced. Drink filtered or boiled water as it kills the germs and keeps the body safe and obviously helps to clean your skin.

When we sleep, our body creates human growth hormone which controls the body tissues. So if we don’t get a good long sleep our body will release stress hormones which can damage the issue and stop the growth. So getting a good long sleep is important for growing height as well as for releasing HGH and preventing pimples from stress.

3. Don’t Smoke

This might be easy for non-smokers but it can be really tough for active smokers. Smoke harms the skin and produces wrinkles. Smoking can produce free radicals that can affect body’s molecule and can kill body cells. It can result in disturbing collagen production which is directly linked with wrinkles. So, if you really want to get rid of wrinkles, then we suggest you to quit from today. For non-smokers, don’t get the urge to smoke because it can lead to a serious problem in the future. You can get addicted to the nicotine. Avoid the atmosphere where there is tobacco.

So the best option for not damaging skin collagen would be to avoid sun. Of course that would be utterly impossible so you will need to protect the skin. Here are some of the methods that you can protect your skin while going outside.
- Always use sunscreen while going in the sun.
- Use hats, umbrella to get rid of the heat. Always carry a sun block while going outside.
- Use sunglasses to avoid getting affected by the UV rays. It can repel off the rays while avoiding wrinkles

5. Don’t Stress

Stress can really affect in aging and cause wrinkles. Taking stress causes the skin to be weak, thin and fragile which can cause wrinkles quickly. I know it will be hard to manage the stress, but no pain no gain right? Try to do things that make you relax. Try to control the anger by having peace in mind. Here are some tips to cool your head off:
- Find a hobby
- Play Sports
- Hit the gym
- Meditate
- Yoga
- Listen to music

Note :  Too much of stress can cause acne on face and back and dark circles.

Take egg whites into a bowl while separating from the yolk. Gently apply it to the wrinkle areas. Leave it until it dries off. Then with clean hands, massage the face with egg whites and finish it off by washing the face with lukewarm water. Egg whites can also cure blackheads on your nose and You can also create an egg mask for easier use.

7. Coconut Oil

Use the oil to the areas where wrinkles are and massage it for making wrinkle free. To do this step, take coconut oil and massage it before going to bed. Wash the face after waking up in the morning. Massage the body before taking bath.
