Stress affecting your skin by increasing the acne on your

For me personally, I like this method to relief stress.
Working out can help you get in shape; both mentally and physically. Working
out daily can benefit you in all sorts of way. Some few advantages of working
out is relief stress, breakout stoppage and free from heart problems. Workout
everyday either morning or evening .Go run, lift some weight outside.
6. Drink Water

This is really important! Drink at least 8-10 glass of water
to clean the body and to avoid dehydration. Our body needs water to function
properly so if you don’t drink water you are going to have serious problems and
stress. Drink water to avoid it.Drinking water can even
help you to get clear skin naturally. It won't cost you. Its been said that Drinking water at morning can help curing 80% of diseases.
7. Limit Caffeine and
alcohol

Try to avoid alcohol and caffeine as much as possible when you are having stress. |
Drinking too much of alcohol and caffeine can raise a
tension in the body by stripping the body vitamins and destroying the skin.
Alcohol and caffeine is also believed to increase stress. So avoid alcohol and
caffeine as soon as possible to stop the breakouts.
